Delete your VocBee account.

If you want to permanently delete your VocBee account and all associated learning data, use one of the options below. This action removes your profile information, favorites, settings, and progress history.

This action is permanent.

After deletion, your profile, learned words, favorites, and settings will no longer be recoverable.

Option 1: Delete from inside the app

If you still have access to VocBee, this is the fastest method because the request is initiated from your authenticated session.

  1. Open the VocBee app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the account or profile area.
  4. Choose Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request. For security, you may be asked to sign in again first.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, send a deletion request by email and include the address used for your VocBee account.

  • Processing target: within 7 days.
  • Recommended details: account email and request context.
