Terms of use for VocBee.

1. Agreement to these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using VocBee, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

VocBee is a vocabulary and language learning app designed to help users practice words, examples, pronunciation, favorites, reminders, and related learning features.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You may need an account to save progress, sync learning data, use certain features, or restore access. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.

• You may not impersonate another person or use another user's account without permission.
• You may not interfere with the app, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Free access, ads, and premium features

VocBee may include advertising in the free version. VocBee Premium is intended to provide an ad-free learning experience and may include other premium improvements that are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Premium feature availability may vary by platform, app version, region, or technical limitations. We may improve, update, rename, or replace features over time while keeping the core purpose of the purchased access intact.

4. Subscriptions and lifetime access

VocBee may offer monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options. The exact price, billing period, trial availability, and included benefits are shown before you confirm payment.

• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date.
• Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it through the store account used for purchase.
• Lifetime access means access to the purchased premium benefits for the lifetime of the VocBee app and service, subject to technical, legal, platform, and operational availability.
• Purchases are linked to the store account used at checkout and may be restored through the app where supported.

5. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase status and premium entitlements, but it does not replace the store's billing relationship with you.

Cancellation and refund requests must be handled through the store where the purchase was made. VocBee cannot directly cancel subscriptions or issue store refunds unless the platform gives us that ability.

6. Learning content and AI features

VocBee may provide vocabulary, translations, example sentences, pronunciation, grammar explanations, or AI-assisted content. This content is provided for educational support and may occasionally contain mistakes or incomplete information.

You should use your own judgment and, when needed, verify important language, academic, professional, medical, legal, or financial information with a qualified source.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse VocBee or related services. Prohibited uses include disrupting the app, scraping excessive data, bypassing payments, abusing promotions, uploading harmful content, or using the app in a way that violates laws or third-party rights.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how VocBee handles account data, learning progress, reminder preferences, analytics, ads, and third-party services. By using VocBee, you also agree to the practices described there.

9. Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of VocBee when needed for maintenance, security, product improvement, legal compliance, or platform requirements. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

VocBee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual learning goal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocBee and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of VocBee after changes means you accept the updated terms.
